This is a Tool cause dive knives are stupid and any Professional Diver/Combat Diver will tell you a pair of surgical sheers is better than any dive knife. This Tool was designed to cut things you would cut underwater, around the water and in most rescue situations. The full blade edge is serrated and the tip is ground to a 40 thousands land (.040) as a very effective pry tool.
